This time, we will introduce the restaurant training held at Tokyu Plaza Shibuya Grand Session from August 8th (Wednesday) to August 10th (Sunday)!
In the spring, YAMANOTE students served a dessert sale of cream puffs.
TOKYO YAMANOTE research department students open a restaurant!
Students from the Sushi Research Club ran a Japanese restaurant for two days, and the Bizen Chinese Cuisine Research Club ran a Chinese restaurant for three days!
This time, we designed a menu and trained with sustainability as the main theme!
For Chinese cuisine, we served medicinal dishes based on the theme of local production for local consumption, and for Japanese cuisine, we offered a set meal using fish from Fukushima Prefecture, with the theme of supporting the reconstruction of Fukushima Prefecture.
In TOKYO YAMANOTE's restaurant training, you will be able to do everything from cooking, serving, and service yourself.
In order to provide it to general customers, we will take thorough hygiene management!
Through this practical training, you will learn how to operate a restaurant and how to serve and serve general customers!
This time, two research departments conducted restaurant training, and now the pasta research department has opened a kitchen car 😆
