What is the Top Chef Association?

It is commonly known as the Curriculum Planning Committee and is held regularly every year.

We will exchange opinions with top chefs and pastry chefs who represent the food industry about practical education at our school, and based on the proposals born from that, we will work on creating a higher quality and practical curriculum that responds to the changes of the times.

In order to receive certification, it is necessary to clear strict conditions such as the number of class hours, the quality of teachers (whether there are practical teachers), whether learning is done in collaboration with companies, and whether information is disclosed. I have.

In fact, the benefit-type scholarship (scholarships that do not need to be repaid) system can be used only at approved schools for professional practice courses!

Please note that there are systems that can only be taken at accredited schools in terms of tuition fees!
