  • *Please attach receipt ③ (for school submission) (P.32) to the back of the application form (P.29 or P.31) at the time of application.
  • ※ 1If you cannot submit it at the time of application due to high school circumstances, you can submit it at a later date.As soon as the survey report arrives at our school, we will conduct a screening and notify you of the pass/fail results.
  • ※ 2A copy of your graduation certificate is also acceptable (if you are still in high school, please submit a school report or a certificate of expected graduation).

International student entrance examination

  • ・Graduation certificate (original) or diploma (copy)

    High school or college (written in native language or English).
    (Certificate of completion of school education for 12 years or more overseas.
    *For graduation certificates written in languages ​​other than English, please attach a Japanese translation.

  • ・Documents proving Japanese language proficiency (all of the following)

    • a. Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Japanese language proficiency certificate (N1 or N2 (formerly Level 1 and Level 2)) or pass/fail result notification. Published by the Japan Foundation or Japan International Educational Support Society (JEES).
    • .A report on the results of the EJU (total of 200 points or more in reading, listening comprehension, and listening comprehension in Japanese subjects) issued by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
    • c.BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test transcript (400 points or higher) issued by the Japan Kanji Proficiency Testing Association.
    • d. Certificate of graduation (or certificate of expected graduation) from a Japanese language school, and transcript (with the number of days attended).
       *If you are currently attending a Japanese language school or have attended a school, please be sure to submit this form.
       *Limited to accredited courses of 6 months or longer at Japanese language institutions.
    • e. Proof of having received at least one year of education at a Japanese school (excluding kindergarten) as stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act.

About withdrawing from school

Points to note when withdrawing from school

If you decline admission after receiving a letter of acceptance from our school, we will refund your tuition fees, excluding the admission fee, only if you complete the following procedures.
However, please note that we will not accept or return any requests after the final submission deadline.

Mail or bring the admission refusal letter prescribed by our school (*Please request it to the admissions office by phone) and acceptance letter to the admissions office.
