  • a. Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Japanese language proficiency certificate (N1 or N2 (formerly Level 1 and Level 2)) or pass/fail result notification. Published by the Japan Foundation or Japan International Educational Support Society (JEES).
  • b. Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (total score of 200 or more for Japanese language subjects: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and listening-reading comprehension) issued by the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO).
  • c.BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test transcript (400 points or higher) issued by the Japan Kanji Proficiency Testing Association.
  • d. Certificate of graduation (or certificate of expected graduation) from a Japanese language school, and transcript (with the number of days attended).
