What is Plus Up Course?

Specialized course with a difference

The Plus Up Course is a course that our school offers to help students understand the food industry while having fun.
Unlike an open campus, you can deepen your knowledge of the industry and the profession of chefs and pastry chefs.
I go there to get to know the world of food more deeply before I enter school, and to image my future image for employment.You can experience the deep world of food that you can't usually taste.
It will be held once a month (2024 times in total) from April 4 to September 2024.
By participating in the Plus Up course, you can receive various benefits.

industry research Special workshops by star chefs and star patissiers in the industry and tours of hotels and bridal sites will be held.Understand the cooking industry and confectionery industry well before entering the school and have a clear image of the future.
Basic technical practice Students will learn the basic techniques of cutting and shibori, which they will learn after entering the school, through repeated practice that our school values.
Acquisition of basic knowledge In addition to practical training, there are classes to acquire important knowledge.You will experience classroom lectures such as food science to learn in-depth knowledge of ingredients, and theory to understand the "why" of cooking and sweets.

If you are selected as a scholarship student, you will receive up to 100 million yen!

If you apply for the Plus Up course, you will be able to take the "Plus Up Scholarship Selection Examination."
If you are selected as a pre-scholarship student, you will receive up to 100 million yen in benefits upon graduation. (No return required)
