Our school is looking for people who have the following abilities, or who have a positive attitude to grow towards them.

Entrance examination categories and application qualifications

General entrance exam
Self-recommended entrance examination

Those who fall under either a or b below.

  • Those who have graduated from a high school, secondary school, technical college, junior college, or university (including those who are expected to graduate in March 2026).
  • Those who are recognized by our school as having academic ability equal to or higher than a.
School recommended entrance exam

Those who meet the following conditions.

  1. Those who are expected to graduate from high school, secondary school, technical college, junior college, or university in March 2026.
  2. Those who are recommended by the school they are enrolled in.
Self-recommended entrance examination

Same as general entrance examination.

AO entrance examination

Those who meet the following conditions.

  1. Those who fall under either a or b below.
    • Those who have graduated from a high school, secondary school, technical college, junior college, or university (including those who are expected to graduate in March 2026).
    • Those who are recognized by our school as having academic ability equal to or higher than a.
  2. Those who have received permission to apply for the AO entrance examination from our school.
Designated school recommended entrance examination

Those who meet the following conditions.

  1. Those who are enrolled in a high school designated by our school and are expected to graduate in March 2025.
  2. Those who wish to enter the school on their own.
  3. Those who are recommended by the school they are enrolled in.
International student entrance examination

Applicants must meet the following conditions (1) and (2).

  1. Those who have completed 12 years or more of school education in a foreign country.
  2. Applicants who meet any of the following criteria a to e.
    • Those who have passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or N2 (formerly Level 1 and Level 2).
    • Those who have obtained a score of 200 or more in Japanese subjects on the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students.
    • Those who have obtained 400 points or more in the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test.
    • Those who have studied at a Japanese language educational institution for one year or more (certified course only).
    • Those who have received at least one year of education at a Japanese school (excluding kindergartens) as stipulated in Article 1 of the School Education Act (including at least one year of separate Japanese language courses at junior colleges and universities).
If the final educational background is junior high school, the entrance examination category is "general entrance examination".We will conduct an application qualification certification examination (written and interview examination) at our school.
The selection method, schedule, examination venue, etc. will be notified separately. (However, you must be 2026 years old or older by April 4, 1.)
To be eligible to enter the Career Assistance Department, you must hold a chef's or confectionery hygiene license (including eligibility to take the exam or prospects of obtaining the license).
