i want to be a restaurant owner

Assuming that you actually have your own shop, you will acquire the know-how necessary to open a shop, such as concept design, opening costs, menu development, etc., and learn how to create a shop that is supported by many customers.

Curriculum

  • marketing:catch the needs of the world
  • Store concept:Think about your target audience and purpose of use
  • Store opening plan:Simulation of location conditions, menu price range, number of employees, etc.
  • Business plan creation:Shape the idea for opening a store and the plan until sales are made.
  • Menu idea:Think of a menu that fits the concept
  • Restaurant operation:Operate a restaurant based on a plan

           

And if the management major is to open a restaurant in the city of Shibuya!devised as

        

Therefore, it seems that there were many groups that targeted people in their 20s and 30s.

We decided on the dishes to be served at the restaurant by combining the menus selected by each group.

To cooks with a nutritionist's point of view

When considering food from the perspective of health, it is important not only to have a balanced daily diet, but also to have a diet that matches the life stages of people from infants to the elderly.I aim to be a chef who can deliver health and happiness to many people.

Curriculum

Learn practically the knowledge to provide deliciousness and health at the same time.

  • Basic Nutrition:Deepen your understanding of the functions of nutrients, and learn about digestion/absorption, metabolism, and utilization.
  • Sports nutrition:Learn from the perspective of nutrition that enhances motor function.We aim to be a partner that supports athletes through food.
  • Food for beautiful skin:If you care about your beauty, you should pay attention to the food you put into your body.
  • Business plan creation:Food allergies are on the rise, especially among children.Learn to devise allergy-friendly recipes with correct knowledge.
  • diet:Learn about food to realize eating and becoming beautiful.

The target was devised by setting the time for weight loss by male long-distance track and field athletes aged 18 to XNUMX.

Rather than simply focusing on nutrition, we have set targets and backgrounds.
