Today, I would like to introduce a Japanese cooking practice.What is the menu?

Routine training first.

Routine training is the practice of basic skills that are absolutely necessary in the field.

Once the routine training is over, Nagata-sensei's Japanese cooking demonstration will begin.

In addition, I learned how to handle saury, horse mackerel, and squid, and started working 😊

Light the earthenware pot and prepare the fish.

After slaughtering the fish, we grate it into three pieces, remove the small bones, remove the skin, etc. Detailed work is important for delicious dishes😤
