Among them, in the management seminar, from the restaurant concept, target, menu price etc.

We will create a business plan from scratch, from store opening to operation.!

In this way, we will investigate the current state of the industry and consumer behavior, think about what kind of store management we need to do, and make a plan🖍.

This time, the management seminar group XNUMX, the global seminar group XNUMX, and the nutrition innovation seminar group XNUMX each considered restaurants.

We announced the contents!

In addition, experienced chefs and people from companies participated as judges, and they evaluated the presentations of all teams from a wide range of perspectives.

Among them, we will introduce the contents of the restaurant of the group that was particularly highly evaluated!

First of all, management seminar! !Planning a bar izakaya that looks like a young izakaya left behind and regained! !

For the signature product, we thought of deep-fried horse meat thighs!

Horse meat was not available on the day of the competition, so chicken was used as a substitute, but all the judges said that they wanted to try fried horse meat!

By all means, I want you to realize the business plan you came up with this time and deliver horse meat fried chicken to many people! !

Next, the medicinal restaurant of the nutrition innovation seminar!

Explain the characteristics and nutrients of vegetables one by one, and propose a full course of medicinal dishes that are gentle on the body!

From appetizers to soups, main dishes, rice, and desserts, everything was explained in Chinese 👏

It's a course dish that makes women happy 💓

Lastly, the Global Seminar Halal and Vegan! !

We will be the team that scored the highest score in this presentation!

Muslims are prohibited from eating certain foods such as pork and alcohol.It is said that you cannot eat meat unless it has been raised and killed in a specific way.

A chef from Halal Food Japan gave us a special class before, so please take a look at that as well😌

In addition to halal food, we also made vegan food!I made sashimi with vegetables and excited the judges😆

The meat used this time is halal-certified beef so that even Muslims can eat it🥩

The course that combines both halal and vegan was a masterpiece!
