Hello everyone!

Today, I will introduce the state of the Chinese cooking special class!  

This time, I learned about "Port Style Cuisine" from Chef Cham!

Chef Cham trained at [Summer Palace] of "Island Shangri-La Hong Kong" and Hong Kong's famous luxury restaurant [Fukurinmen Shuya].

He is a chef who has a history of showing his skills at the Osaka, Marunouchi, and Nagoya stores of Fukurinmon Kaisen Shuya!

          


In July of this year, “Kouki” opened near Toranomon Hills.
It is an open kitchen over the counter, which is rare in Chinese cuisine, and the skill is shown.
