Practical sales at the soccer stadium!

On September 9th, we held a hands-on sales event at Todoroki Stadium and a Kawasaki Frontale match.

The coconut-flavored seafood fried rice made with plenty of Kawasaki City pears is so popular that 2 pieces were sold out in two hours!

Thank you to all the customers who told us how delicious it was and the customers who warmly told the students that it was going to spread the word!

We prepare it at school and transport it to the venue.I also learned about temperature control and hygiene management.

I learned a lot not only about cooking, but also about customer service and how to behave as a member of society.
