Challenge Peking duck and thin rice cakes! !

The other day, the 2nd grader of the general cooking coursePeking duck and thin rice cakechallenged!

Two days before, we started with preparations such as stretching and drying the skin of the duck, and finally"fry"Enter the process! !

When I actually cut off the head of a duck, I realized once again that I am receiving life.

At the same time as cooking chicken, we will also cook Chinese steamed bread "Usumo" 🔥

We will cooperate with the members of the team and build it up💪

Peking duck and thin rice cake with a nice color are ready✨

From now on, I will continue to focus on how to make the best use of the life I have been given to cook food, rather than just “making”!

In Yamate, Tokyo, where I have practical training every day, I have many opportunities to practice, so I can come into contact with various ingredients!
