"Ristorante Carmine" Special class by Chef Carmine Cozzolino

Chef Carmine was established in 1987 as the first Italian owner-chef in Japan.

Opened "Ristorante Carmine"

He is said to be the first person to spread Italian cuisine in Japan.

Now let's take a look at the special class!

During the demonstration, he talked about various knowledge 😆

He also talked about the differences between Japanese and overseas culture🌟

Italy is a sea between the African continent and the European continent called the Mediterranean Sea.
