Before taking this class, I took an online course where I learned how to make bread directly from a German chef from the German National Baking School Roham!

This time we will be teaching you how to actually make it!

In order to create the many layers that are characteristic of Baumkuchen, we bake it thinly, then pull out the dough and bake it again and again!

Cut the baked dough further and layer it!

Finally, after finishing the work, it will be completed!

You can't do it without a machine specifically designed for making round Baumkuchen! Isn't there a lot of people who thought that?

This time I made it using a method that allows you to make Baumkuchen even if you don't have a dedicated oven 👍
