Learn from the official residence chef💪

Hello everyone!

AlwaysYAMANOTEThank you for visiting my blog!

Introducing the Western major practical training for 1st year culinary arts students! !

YAMANOTE will add select practical training from the second half of the class!

In addition to the basics, you can choose the content you want to learn more deeply and improve your skills 💪

And this time, we had Chef Tozono, a graduate of our sister school, Osaka Culinary and Confectionery College, give us a class!

Chef Sotozono has been active as a chef at the embassies of Tunisia and Timor-Leste!

This time"salmon cliviac"When"Light stew of scallops and clams”😊

This menu is actually made by Chef Tozono at his official residence in Tunisia! 🇹🇳

First, prepare! I'll do my best to stretch the pie 💪

Then layer each layer of salmon, mushrooms, and eggs and wrap them neatly in puff pastry!

It was quite large and everyone was having a hard time wrapping it.

Chef Tozono gave a class while talking about why this work is done and how to improve work efficiency!

Furthermore, we will explain how to avoid wasting ingredients and how to use different types of butter as we work ✨

The students were seriously writing on their notepads! !

Chef Sotozono is very particular about the ingredients he uses when cooking, and he seems to have thought of dishes using ``Japanese'' ingredients!

By the way, this time I made "Salmon Cliviac" using seaweed!

As expected of a second year student, he skillfully completes the process!

Chef Toen also complimented me on how skillful he was👏

It seems that the official chef usually works alone! Furthermore, it is possible to become a chef at the official residence immediately after graduating from vocational school!

If you want to work overseas in the future or are interested in studying abroad, why not come and join us at Open Campus? ?
