300 cream puffs! !

Today, we held a cream puff specialty shop run by second-year confectionery general course students! 😋

It was held as part of the shop training class,Cream puffs that we thought up and developed from scratch ourselves.We are selling.

This time, we will make 300 pieces, 60 times the size, on the same scale as the professional site!

We manufacture our own cream puffs and also provide services to our customers.

We take orders, carefully package them one by one, and deliver them to you, so we have thorough satellite management!

Each group will produce the cream puffs that each team has come up with.

Last year, when I was 1 months old, I took a class where I made cream puffs for XNUMX weeks! ! This is a unique feature of our school: cream puffs are made on the first day, cookie puffs are made on the second day, eclairs are made on the third day, and Paris Brest is made on the fourth day.Although the finished products are different, the classes that continue to make cream puffs ensure that everyone can make them. There is a curriculum that will help you do it.

There is a cream puff test every year around June of the first year, and all students pass!

In the shop training,To provide to general customers,Same shape, size, weightWe will manufacture large quantities at once while being careful of such things! !

Cream puffs take a very long time to bake, so counting backwards until the shop opens while making them is a learning experience for the shop.

For example, in addition to regular choux, we also have a product called croquent choux, which is made by placing meringue dough on top of the choux, and we have also developed a choux that has a crunchy texture, unlike cookie choux! !

At this cream puff specialty store, you can try the products that were not sold at the cafe training at the Grand Session held at Tokyu Plaza during Golden Week! !

We will work together to manufacture and sell our products while paying attention to hygiene!

In order to prevent the infection of the new coronavirus, we opened while limiting the number of people entering the store!

Although the weather was not good today and it was raining, some people came to see the students who were working hard to attract people, and some people saw the signboard on their way to work in the morning and said, ``I definitely want to try it.'' Many customers came to the store to buy what they wanted😳💓
