The Children's Food Education Research Department is especially recommended for those who like small children or are interested in food education.

We hold regular kids cooking sessions.(I.e.

What is kids cooking?

Part of the Shibuya Ward Social Welfare Council children's table activitiesThis is an event where local children from Shibuya Ward's kindergartens and elementary schools gather at our school and enjoy cooking and making sweets with their parents and friends.

In today's world where there are so many ready-made products, we aim to develop people who are rich in mind and body by letting them experience the joy of making things themselves and eating them together from a young age!

Last time we held the event for nursery school children, but this time we held it for elementary school students, with a total of about 50 elementary school students visiting!

This time, our students will be teaching children who are prone to allergic reactions.Allergy friendly menu(Rice flour muffin and amazake panna cotta).

The rice flour muffins are completely gluten-free as they do not contain wheat, eggs, or milk, and the batter contains bananas. We have created a menu that is easy for children to eat.

We will make it from the dough💪🏼

Once completed, serve on your favorite plate.

Put the leftovers in a bag and take them home!

Some children happily said, ``I'll go home and give it to my grandma!'' 😊

There were many scenes where you could feel the real pleasure of making sweets, where you could make people smile with what you made👨‍🍳
