This year as well, 3 students from YAMANOTE have received job offers😊✨

And this time, we interviewed two graduates of YAMANOTE and TOKYO YAMANOTE!

The first is Mr. Tatsuki, who works at the Disney Ambassador®︎ Hotel✨

Mr. Tatsuki graduated from YAMANOTE's double license system and received a job offer at Milial Resort Hotels!I joined the company as a cook, and now I'm in my fourth year working in confectionery!

“I work at a buffet restaurant, so I make small but cute things,

I graduated from our sister school, Tokyo Yamate Culinary College last year, and now work at Tokyo DisneySea MiraCosta Hotel®︎!

Mr. Kobayashi graduated from TOKYO YAMANOTE's 1st year cooking course and got a job offer at Milial Resort Hotels! !

I am now in my second year working in a buffet style restaurant and I am in charge of the front of the oven!

In addition, in the third year, he said that he would be able to propose a menu, and he said that he would like to think and propose a menu that everyone can eat and that everyone can eat!

When I asked Ms. Kobayashi what she considers important in her work, she said,"hygiene management"He answered.

In order to provide food to guests staying at the hotel, contamination with foreign objects is prohibited.

Therefore, it seems that there is not a single dust on the kitchen table, and the duster is neatly folded to keep the work table clean!

Hygiene management is strictly taught at school, so it will become a habit and will be useful when working at work🌟
