And this time, first-year confectionery general course students and first-year confectionery hygienist students made their own original cake for the first time! 🍰

We come up with the ingredients ourselves from scratch, and even think about the cream, fruits, and decorations to put inside😳

Roll cake using biscuitsBased on the theme, each group thought and produced!

BiscuitWhat is ...

A sponge dough made by whipping egg yolks and egg whites separately, rather than a dough made by whipping egg yolks and egg whites together.

It has the characteristic of being baked to a fluffy and light texture.

Mix the ingredients with a mixer, squeeze the dough and spread it in the container!

By squeezing the dough diagonally, the baked dough will look like a pattern, and you can roll it neatly with fewer cracks when you roll it! !

There was also a group that made roll cakes that took advantage of the diagonal design, and various types of roll cakes were lined up✨

Every group made elaborate roll cakes!

Various roll cakes such as tiramisu, coffee, and matcha have been completed!
