Classes started yesterday and will start as early as today.“Creating training”Has started!

For first-year students, this is their first hands-on experience after entering the school!

The first training menu for first-year students is baking🥐

I created a table roll!

Today's goal is

・Get used to bread dough

・Be able to form butter rolls

First, watch the teacher's demo and take notes 📝

Accuracy is required of professionals.

YAMANOTEIf you practice every day like this, your technique and speed will naturally follow!

It is important to do each step carefully, even if it is difficult at first 👨‍🍳

After the demo, we will make our own.

YAMANOTE's style is to create it ourselves and memorize it with our bodies before we forget.

Divide the fermented dough into 50g portions and shape.

Pulling bread dough by hand will damage the dough, so tearing it apart by hand is a no-no 🙅‍♀️

We will use a dredge to divide it!

It's OK if you can form it into a firm round shape!

Be sure to remember the feeling of the fabric stretching.

This time we molded two types: round and roll!

Put the formed dough into the fermentation machine...

Spread butter on the surface of the puffy dough and bake!

Although this was their first practical experience, the students seemed to have fun making it!

After the training is over, we will thoroughly clean up!
