Christmas cake reservations now available!

This year too, we will be selling Christmas cakes by Yamate Cooking and Confectionery College's confectionery instructors! !

🎄Xmas Presents ¥3,000🎄

I used nuts generously. A flavorful cake made with hazelnut-flavored cream, pistachio nougat, coffee-flavored biscuits, chocolate, and chocolate glaze!

🎄Gateau Noel ¥3,000🎄

A classic Christmas cake with Hokkaido fresh cream and sweet and sour strawberries sandwiched between fine and moist sponge dough! It is very popular every year! !

🎄Pale Noel ¥3,000🎄

Pistachio cream and raspberry sauce are combined in a rich vanilla mousse! The bright red glassage is inspired by a Santa Claus costume, with a Christmas-like finish🎅

🎄Noel Orange ¥3,000🎄

Enjoy the scent of tropical fruits for Christmas! ! Coconut almond cream, banana jelly, mango orange jelly are layered, and almond tofu is used as an accent! Enjoy the scent of tropical fruits coated with passion fruit mousse! !

🎄Stollen ¥1,500🎄

A classic fermented sweet for Christmas that originated in Germany. YAMANOTE's special stollen made with plenty of fragrant fruits!
