A lesson using “Napoleon”! ?

Today, in class for second-year confectionery students,

"Napoleon"We held a class using!

What do you think Napoleon is? ?

In reality"Cherry"!

Each person made one cheesecake using ``Cherry'' from Yamagata Prefecture's ``Napoleon'' variety! !

Everyone tastes fresh cherries to study!

"sweet! ”``The most delicious cherries I've ever eaten! ! ”The training room was so exciting👏👏

This time it's baked cheesecake!

I've made cheesecake many times, so I've got the hang of it! !

I put a slice of genoise (sponge dough) on the bottom, but I added some cherry jam to it so that you can feel the flavor even more when you eat it🍒

I like to use whole cherries, but if you add them from the beginning, they will sink.

After 10 minutes of baking, take it out, add cherries on it, and bake it again to make it come out beautifully👍

I will arrange them neatly! 🍒
