Below is the content of this interview
==========================
How did you become interested in making sweets?
When I was in kindergarten, there was an anime called Patissiere that I did in the morning.
There is a story in which the main character strives to become a pastry chef, and
Cakes are gorgeous, cute, sweet, and delicious.That's what I thought.

Q.I think there were many professional schools, but why did you choose Yamate?
A.Yamate has a lot of hands-on training, where you can learn how to cook in large quantities, and we handle all customer service and sales.Also, I was appointed as a leader during this shop training, and there was one thing that I thought would be useful in the future because I acquired the ability to bring everyone together. Looking at it, it looks like a lot of fun and it's cool.I chose this school because I wanted to be like that senior.

Q.
What was better than expected when you entered Yamate?
A.I enrolled as a current student staff, but I was originally not good at speaking in front of people, but by working as a current student staff, I overcame it by not being nervous in front of people and being able to communicate well.
In addition, I taught the high school students who came to the open campus what we learned in school classes, so I could review it myself, so it was also a study for me.

Q.What did you like best about your time at school?
A.It was the most fun to prepare a large amount in practical training and deliver it to the customer.
I remember making two wedding cakes in the last class of the bridal major in the second half of the first year, and making about 2 other cakes (baked sweets, fresh sweets, etc.) in class.
At that time, I hadn't thought about pursuing a bridal career yet, and had wanted to work at a hotel since I was in high school. It was Anniversaire that I thought, "Let's listen even if it's just to attend the briefing session."
Look at the story and the venue at the briefing, and it's only here!I thought.
With that momentum, I challenged the interview and was accepted, and joined the company.
I am working at this Anniversaire because of the teacher's words, so I am very grateful.

==========================
Q.What was your impression of school?
A.I have served as a leader in practical training several times, and especially when I was first given the role of leader, I had to make a red sweet potato tart. orders, costing.It is a memorable experience that I worked hard to ensure that the day went smoothly, and that I instructed the team on the schedule so that it would go smoothly, and that I would be able to provide the best hospitality to our customers.

I was moved by the way I was brushing my skills for my desired job 😆!! !!
