Alumni interview!

Hello everyone

Thank you for visiting the YAMANOTE blog!

I went to interview a YAMANOTE graduate the other day! !

Yamate Cooking and Confectionery College 3st class

Culinary Course 2019 year graduated in March 3 Yuuka YoshikawaSan

Located in Nakameguro"TK-BLOCKS Nakameguro BLOCKS"

I work at

It's been almost 8 months since I started working! !

Q: [Current job description]

――――――――――――――――――――――――

A: At the store, I serve customers every day and make the food and drinks that the store offers.

The kitchen is an open kitchen, so it's a lot of fun to be able to cook and serve food at a close distance with customers.

Q: [Why I joined TK-BLOCKS]

---------------

A: When I saw the atmosphere of the store during the briefing session and interview, it was very beautiful and stylish, and I wanted to actually work in such a wonderful place.

Q: [Why I entered YAMANOTE]

---------------

A: When I first participated in the YAMANOTE open campus,

The cheerfulness of the teachers and seniors left a strong impression on me, and I decided to enroll at YAMANOTE because I thought I could cook what I wanted to do (^▽^)/

Q: [What left an impression on me in the YAMANOTE class]

---------------

A: Of course, restaurant training left a lasting impression on me!

By providing our own dishes to general customers, we think about the timing of cooking and what customers want to eat rather than making what we want to make.It was really special when customers said, "It was delicious☆彡" and "I'll come again!"

Q: [What you learned at YAMANOTE has helped you]

---------------

A: Of course, I also learn about cooking knowledge and skills in my daily classes.

Communication skills are important as a person and as a member of society,

"Cleaning, time management, greetings", which are important as a YAMANOTE student, actually become a member of society

It is said that it is also very useful.

On the day of the interview, I learned how to make dishes and techniques from senior chefs.

I received compliments from the store manager and senior chefs saying, "I'm trying to learn, so I'm improving day by day."

Q: [future goals]

---------------

A: First of all, there are many problems to do one by one carefully, but I would like to see the smiles of various people through cooking while clearing them one by one.

Q: [Message to high school students aiming to enter the food industry]

---------------

A: Do what you want to do and do your best to make your own dreams and things you want to do come true!I will do my best too! !

He said that he will continue to make customers smile through cooking!

Thank you Mr. Yoshikawa!

I'm very happy to see the graduates working hard 😊

Yoshikawa-san, keep up the good work! !
