Hello everyone

Thank you for visiting the YAMANOTE blog!

=======================

I went to interview a graduate of this Japanese school! !

Yamate Cooking and Confectionery College 1st class

Confectionery Comprehensive Course 2 years graduated in March 2018 Ayano FukuzawaSan

Campus Company Co., Ltd.

MR.waffle (Mr. Waffle) Machida Marui working at!

2nd year now! !

Q: [Current job description]

――――――――――――――――――――――――

A: In production, the main job is to ferment the dough and bake it!

Sales are the work of wrapping waffles and interacting with customers!

Recently, I've been doing a lot of different things besides making thank you cards for customers who have accumulated stamp cards and making and selling waffles.

Q: [Why I joined Mr. Waffle]

---------------

A: The management philosophy of Mr. Waffle is

"Create a smile with just one waffle"I decided to join the company because the words resounded.

I like to smile, and I would rather interact with people than work inside.

Because I wanted to make customers smile with Mr. Waffle, which can be both manufactured and served.

Q: [Why I wanted to work in the food industry]

---------------

A: My father was originally a self-employed shop, and since I was a child, I watched him interact with customers through food.

I like sweets and I like to make them, so I wanted to do a job that makes people smile with my own hands, so I set my sights on the food industry.

Q: [Why I entered YAMANOTE]

---------------

A: When I first participated in the YAMANOTE open campus,

I was fascinated by the fact that I could learn about all genres of confectionery, bread, and Japanese sweets.

In addition, I thought it would be nice to be able to learn about cafes and boulangers in my major class.

Q: [What left an impression on me in the YAMANOTE class]

---------------

A: After all, the actual training left an impression on me!

of external sales

At the sales training at PEPE in Shinjuku

I was mainly in charge of sales, but I couldn't communicate with the creators, and I still remember that I had a hard time with the dough for the special roll cake called YAMANOTE Roll.

I've been going all week, so I was really happy when a customer told me, "You're getting better and better!"

Q: [What you learned at YAMANOTE has helped you]

---------------

A: Because I was told to strictly manage hygiene from the beginning of my enrollment.

Having a habit of drinking alcohol is something that comes naturally even after joining the company.

I'm glad that I was able to touch even a little because I learn sociology and business administration in classroom classes.

Q: [What was useful in the actual training]

---------------

A: In my first year, I did sales training at Daimaru, so there weren't many customers. I learned that it is completely different depending on the needs.

Q: [Rewarding work]

ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー ー

A: You can see that you can actually create a smile!

I met you recently

Grandpa walked past the store while looking at the front of the store for a long time, but he came back one more time and happily said, "My grandson likes the waffles here, so I'll buy them." "These waffles are delicious." Give me

I thought it was good that I was able to deliver the waffles imagining when the customer went home.

Q: [future goals]

---------------

A: Right now, I have a lot of small problems, such as not making a mistake in ordering, and I would like to continue working through waffles to make people smile while clearing them one by one.

Q: [Message to high school students aiming to enter the food industry]

---------------

A: Find something worthwhile for yourself and do your best!

Mr. Waffle will continue to make customers smile!

Thank you Fukuzawa-san!

Please keep doing a good job! !!
