First step towards store sales

Hello everyone!

At YAMANOTE, from the first year of confectionery, there is a special training course that you can choose by yourself once a week!

Introducing one of the classes, "Boulanger Major"!

In Boulanger major

We are holding a collaborative class with a bakery and bistro shop called "Seven Clover"!

We will give presentations on products created by students and have them actually sell the selected products at the store! A practical approach!

Today is the first prototype!

We formed a team of about 4 people and each made two types of original bread!

Of course we come up with our own recipes 😊👍

I've been kneading bread dough every week since April, so it's easy! 💪

This team invented “Cheese Dakgalbi Bread”

Let's make the cheese dakgalbi by hand!

I put batter around the dough and baked it.

When you cut it open, the cheese will melt 🧀

Everyone tasted it and said things like, ``I think the flavor of the dakgalbi should be a little stronger!'' and ``Let's increase the amount of cheese!''

Opinions were exchanged, and improvements were made for the presentation!

This team is “Stewpan”!

The ingredients for the stew inside are cut into slightly larger pieces so that you can feel the texture.

The secret ingredient is cheese 💡

Oh my God! ? Put it in a Kuglof mold and bake it!

They pay attention to not only the taste but also the appearance!

It looks so cute! Have you ever seen bread like this? ? 👀

Since we are in the trial production stage, we are experimenting with various amounts of stew to find out which amount is the best.

We will discuss and decide as a team!

This team is "Potato Bread"

It looks like a potato! Interesting idea 🥔!

We make versions with and without cucumbers.

There was a conversation where people said, ``It's better to add cucumber because it gives a crunchier texture.''😊

In addition, "Apple Cinnamon Roll" using apples and cinnamon

In the next prototype, we will try to improve the appearance!

This cute bread is "Macaron bread"

The pink one on top is a macaron! You can enjoy the crispy texture♪

In addition to this, we made various student-invented breads!

We will make another prototype, and in November, we will have people from Seven Clover come and give a presentation by the students!

Selected breads will be sold at the store for a limited time! The students are also excited 💪 Look forward to the presentation in November ♪
