Product development “Tart”

Hello everyone!

Today we have students in their first year of confectionery.Product development classI was doing it so I would like to introduce it to you! 🤗

This is actually my second time taking a product development class!

The first time was about a month after I entered the school, and I was trying to develop a product with the theme of "roll cake"!

The theme this time is"tart"

Each team of 3 to 4 people will create the tart they want to make, starting with the ingredients!

Recipe devised by students

Thinking about a tart that combines berry and chocolate

A cute looking tart made with tea tart dough and apples shaped like roses!

Create not just one type but another version! I will make several types and create something even better! 💪

Cheese x raspberry tart with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness!

A tart made with bananas and nuts and topped with gooey caramel!

A student's idea created a tart that is not sold at any patisserie! 👏

How can I finish it to make it look better? We will discuss and decide as a team!

When it comes to the degree of baking, we are very particular about how it should be cooked, such as, ``Do you want to bake it a little more?'' ``Let's bake it just a little more!''

Each class will vote, and the tart that comes first in the class will be sold as a product at the shop training held from December to January!
