Target school

Reason 1
Faculty with practical experience

Appropriate evaluation of learning outcomes through examinations and reports.

Eligible students

Target Those who meet the following conditions
  1. Meet the household income requirements.
    The amount of support is determined based on three levels of criteria according to household income.
  2. Be a motivated student to study at school.
    We do not judge students based solely on their high school grades, but evaluate their motivation to study based on reports, etc.

  • The estimated annual income in the table is for a household of four (the student, a parent, and a junior high school student), but it is only a guideline as figures vary depending on household composition and other factors.
  • It is also possible to use the Japan Student Services Organization Loan Scholarship together (However, the monthly loan amount for the Type XNUMX Scholarship is limited).
  • Those who are eligible for the benefit-type scholarship are eligible for "tuition fee exemption".

Application method and schedule

Find out if you are eligible for the new system

Check the website of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and JASSO for details of the system and whether you are eligible.
If you think you might be eligible, get an application form from your school.

Apply for reservation adoption

Submit the documents to the school while consulting with the teacher, and apply for pre-recruitment to JASSO on the Internet.
*It is necessary to submit the My Number of the examinee and his or her guardian.Prepare early.

Recruitment Candidate Decision Notice

JASSO will notify applicants of the screening results through their high school, etc. (*In some cases, it is expected to be around the end of January)

May/June 2022
Start of support

After entering the school, you will submit a notification of admission to JASSO.
Please consult with the teacher of our school when proceeding to higher education for procedures for exemption from tuition fees and admission fees.
*The first payment for the benefit-type scholarship is in May or June.
