On July 2022, 7 (Monday), we signed an educational partnership agreement with Murakawa Gakuen Tokyo Yamate Culinary Institute and the German National Baking School.

We did an agreement ceremony online with local Germany.

The German National Baking School is a baking school located in Munich, Germany.

Germany has the highest national qualification for bakers, called Meister.

In addition, Germany has the largest variety of bread in the world, with over 300 types of large bread and over 1200 types of small bread, making it a “bread superpower”.

In YAMANOTE's training program, there is a global training in Germany for about three weeks for those who wish to learn about authentic bread and confectionery and broaden their horizons.

By touching local techniques and ingredients, you will gain experiences that you cannot learn in Japan.

We have concluded an educational cooperation agreement with the German National Baking School, which we have had a long friendship with.

I am very much looking forward to further technological improvements and the creation of new breads and sweets in the future through learning that transcends the world.
