I was worried about my physical strength, but since attending the vocational school, that has improved and I've become more positive. Every time I bring home the sweets I make every day, I get compliments that they look like they came from a shop, and working with friends who share the same dream really motivates me.

I chose Yamate because the overall school atmosphere is warm and I felt it was easy to get to. I enjoy being able to do practical training every day, and by working together with my classmates and sometimes competing, I can feel my skills improving every day. The teachers have a lot of experience in the field, so I can learn not only about cooking but also about how to succeed in the future. In the future, I would like to obtain a registered dietitian qualification and contribute to the health of the community.

I chose this school because it had the cleanest facilities of all the ones I visited, and I was attracted by the fact that I could do practical training every day. The banquets (lunches) are luxurious and satisfying in volume, making student life even more enjoyable. In club activities, we work together to run a restaurant, so I think the sense of camaraderie has deepened beyond that of just friends. In the future, I would like to open my own cafe and serve food with an emphasis on latte art and presentation.

Unlike other schools, there are many opportunities to take on new challenges, such as practical training in large-scale preparation and experience at a student-run restaurant, which is also appealing. The teachers are generous in sharing on-site knowledge and keep a close eye on each student. I also have good relationships with my friends, with no arguments, and communication naturally increases through practical training.

Every day is fun! It's fun to work together with my group during the practical training, and it's also rewarding to join Santier (student volunteers) and be involved in event management. It's difficult to convey the appeal of the school to high school students, but it's fun and worthwhile. The teachers are good at teaching and easy to understand, which is why the classes are so interesting. Murakawa Gakuen is a school where everyone is so kind.
