The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Specialized Human Resource Development Training is a free vocational training program commissioned by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to private educational institutions in order to help job seekers (those looking for work) transition to a stable employment environment. This time, our school will be offering this course as a long-term, advanced human resource development course.
